SUMMARY:Eagles Concert Band Celebrations Concert "Americans We"
DESCRIPTION:The Eagles Band comes to the Colonial to present Americans We\, a celebratory concert of two anniversaries. The first half of the program is the finale to the Semiquincentennial year we have all been observing. It includes music rooted in our country’s history\, with works by John Williams\, Lin-Manuel Miranda\, a salute to American jazz\, and “Tribute to America” by director David Diggs. \nThe second half of the program commemorates the 90th Anniversary of the Eagles Band with music that the Eagles Band has performed through its ninety years of service to the people of Berkshire County.  Included is the premiere performance of a special work commissioned by the Eagles Band for this occasion. \nThe concert is free and open to the public\, but you’ll need to reserve your place.
